Terms of Service
Welcome to MBR Disposal Services. By accessing or using mbrdisposalservices.com , requesting an estimate, renting a dumpster, or scheduling demolition, hauling, debris removal, or related services, you agree to the following Terms of Service.
Our Services
MBR Disposal Services provides demolition, dumpster rental, debris removal, hauling, and related property services throughout Northern Virginia and surrounding areas. Services may include residential and commercial demolition, interior demolition, structural demolition, concrete removal, garage demolition, pool demolition, site clearing, demolition debris removal, and dumpster rentals.
The availability and scope of services may vary depending on the property, materials involved, site access, equipment requirements, disposal restrictions, permitting requirements, and other conditions specific to the project.
Estimates and Project Pricing
MBR Disposal Services provides estimates based on the information available at the time the estimate is prepared. Pricing may be based on the type and amount of material, labor requirements, equipment needed, disposal costs, dumpster size, weight, accessibility, project conditions, and the overall scope of work.
Estimates provided from photographs, phone conversations, emails, or customer descriptions are based on the information supplied to us. Pricing may be adjusted if the actual conditions, quantity of material, weight, access, labor requirements, or scope of work differ from what was originally described or observed.
Any additional work requested outside of the original agreed-upon scope may result in additional charges.
Dumpster Rentals
Dumpster rental pricing, rental periods, included weight, delivery, pickup, disposal charges, and other applicable terms will be provided when the rental is scheduled. Additional charges may apply for excess weight, extended rental periods, prohibited materials, unsuccessful delivery or pickup attempts, overloaded containers, or other conditions outside of the original rental agreement.
Dumpsters must not be loaded above the top edge of the container or in a manner that prevents the container from being safely transported. MBR Disposal Services reserves the right to delay pickup or require materials to be removed or repositioned if a dumpster cannot be transported safely or legally.
Dumpster Placement and Property Access
The customer is responsible for providing a suitable and accessible location for dumpster delivery, pickup, equipment, trucks, and other vehicles required to perform the requested service.
Dumpsters and heavy equipment can place substantial weight on driveways, asphalt, concrete, yards, landscaping, and other surfaces. By directing us to place a dumpster or equipment in a particular location, the customer acknowledges the possibility of surface damage and accepts responsibility for determining whether the requested placement area is suitable.
Access to dumpsters must remain clear for pickup. Additional charges may apply if our driver is unable to access or remove a container because of blocked driveways, vehicles, locked gates, construction materials, low-clearance obstacles, or other conditions beyond our control.
Prohibited and Restricted Materials
Certain materials cannot be placed in dumpsters or accepted for hauling because of landfill regulations, environmental requirements, safety concerns, or applicable laws. Restricted materials may include hazardous chemicals, fuels, oils, wet paint, asbestos-containing materials, medical or biohazard waste, pressurized cylinders, batteries, certain electronics, liquids, and other regulated materials.
Customers are responsible for informing MBR Disposal Services in advance of any potentially hazardous, regulated, or unusual materials. Additional disposal charges may apply to certain materials that require special handling or disposal.
MBR Disposal Services reserves the right to refuse, remove, or leave behind any material that cannot be safely or legally transported or disposed of.
Demolition Services
Demolition projects vary depending on the structure, construction materials, utilities, site conditions, surrounding property, equipment requirements, and scope of work. The specific demolition services to be performed will be established before the project begins.
Unless specifically included in the agreed-upon scope of work, customers are responsible for identifying private utilities, underground systems, septic components, irrigation systems, buried lines, and other concealed property features that could be affected by demolition or equipment access.
Changes to site conditions or the discovery of concealed materials, structural conditions, utilities, hazardous materials, or other unexpected conditions may require changes to the project scope, schedule, or price.
Demolition Debris Removal
When debris removal is included in the agreed-upon scope of work, MBR Disposal Services will load, transport, and dispose of demolition materials in accordance with applicable disposal requirements.
Additional charges may apply if the quantity, weight, type, or condition of the debris differs substantially from what was originally estimated or if materials requiring special handling or disposal are discovered during the project.
Permits and Approvals
Certain demolition or property improvement projects may require permits, utility disconnects, inspections, homeowner association approval, or authorization from local authorities. Responsibility for obtaining permits or approvals will depend on the specific project and the agreement made between MBR Disposal Services and the customer.
Customers must have legal authority to authorize work at the property. If you are not the property owner, you are responsible for obtaining permission from the property owner or other authorized party before services are performed.
Scheduling and Cancellations
Appointment times and project schedules are provided in good faith. Weather, traffic, landfill conditions, equipment issues, project delays, disposal facility availability, and other circumstances outside of our control may affect arrival times or project schedules.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a service, please contact MBR Disposal Services as early as possible. A cancellation, trip, delivery, or service fee may apply if crews, trucks, dumpsters, or equipment have already been dispatched or reserved for your project.
Payment
Payment terms will be provided at the time services are scheduled or quoted. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due according to the terms stated on the applicable estimate, invoice, rental agreement, or project agreement.
Customers are responsible for approved additional charges resulting from changes in project scope, excess dumpster weight, extended rental periods, additional disposal fees, restricted materials, unsuccessful service attempts, or other circumstances described in these terms or the applicable service agreement.
Property Care and Liability
MBR Disposal Services makes reasonable efforts to protect customer property while performing demolition, dumpster delivery, hauling, debris removal, and related services. Customers understand that these services may involve heavy trucks, trailers, dumpsters, machinery, demolition equipment, and the movement of large or heavy materials.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MBR Disposal Services will not be responsible for ordinary wear, pre-existing damage, concealed conditions, damage resulting from customer-directed equipment or dumpster placement, or incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages.
If liability is established, liability will be limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information about the project, ensuring reasonable access to the property, identifying property or materials that should not be disturbed, disclosing known hazards or restricted materials, securing pets and personal belongings, and obtaining any permissions required to authorize the requested work.
